"Be sure to ask numerous questions, take notes during job negotiations, be prepared to work with minimal guidance, leadership, and motivation."

"Minimal leadership, motivation, feedback, and training. Unfocused managers. Unprofessional conduct from the managers. Poor time management and respect of others' time and effort."

"The clients that I have on my caseload are what keep me there."

"Do not interview there. Find something better, with more money and more positivity."
What don't you like about working at Catharine Street Community Center?
"The management is absolutely terrible. The board of directors make it obvious they do not care about us, the Executive Director is miserable and needs to retire and there is not push to update anything about the building or the work itself."

"To hire someone new to take over as Executive Director."
