"Don't get pushed around. Align yourself with the right partners. Get on bigger projects, don't move around too much. Schedule your personal time and be vocal about it."

"Disconnected from the company. Don't feel valued. Policies and bureaucracy are stifling. Not always good decision making about projects and engagements. Leadership is self-serving, abusive, not very smart."

"Emphasize employee contributions, invest in employee growth, deploy standards and empowered infrastructure. Variable compensation based on contribution. Organization by type of work not industry or platform. Invest in industry presence and repeatable solutions."

"The interview process can be very intense. Client facing skill are also important."

"Middle management was not very good. Also, I felt as if there were favorites and gave the impression that advancement would not be possible because of that kind of environment."

"I would have upper management take a closer look at middle managers. Turnover is very high and could be reduced dramatically if middle managers were better at managing."
