"Decentralized. You don't see much of the people you work with very often. The business is more with less and outsourcing is their goal. OK as a temporary job, don't plan on a career with CGE."

"Bring back jobs to the United States."

"Almost none of the Capgemini programs offered to EU or India employees are offered to US ones. The Canadian architects are absolutely clueless."

"US operations won't get any better until France cleans out most of the American management."
