The actual work depends on what project you're deployed on however overall most of the clients are good in North America. Cons: Very poor HR umbrella. You do not have anybody to speak with for your needs and other stuff. Very poor immigration team as well."

After they join, they support them for promotion by giving exaggerating facts about their work even if there is a negative feedback from client. They hide their lack of skills and utter failures by all means making those suffer who deserve and have best client feedback."
