"Management did not have a clue about the 400's capabilities. Major resistance to utilizing tools from the last 15 years. Change management, WDSC, SQL. etc..."

"Dump the legecy ERP software. BOM processor is incapable of meeting requirements. Centralize purchasing and engineering departments. Too much waste in these areas."

"Brunswick bought out US Marine @ 10 years ago, at first not a lot of changes occured but when they did some of the changes that were made was not from an individual that worked with us. I understood the business aspect, but it tugged at my heart in some cases."
