What don't you like about working at Brunswick?

"Management did not have a clue about the 400's capabilities. Major resistance to utilizing tools from the last 15 years. Change management, WDSC, SQL. etc..."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Dump the legecy ERP software. BOM processor is incapable of meeting requirements. Centralize purchasing and engineering departments. Too much waste in these areas."

"Constant talk about moving away from the IBM iSeries. Job security was at risk."
