"Way too many politics, and people who aren't qualified get promoted over very qualified people. Who you know is valued more than what you know."

"Company is very top heavy with way too many managers and directors and not enough doers. Need to weed out the redundancy and lean out the corporate management. Also reward more at the lower levels. Would also drive more toward a centered attitude and not be so conservative."
