"Unfortunately the business facility in Miami was outsourced to Costa Rica."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have invested in the business and its people rather than move overseas. Although a financial benefit was gained, a highly dedicated and experienced work poll was lost. Long term, the added turn times and the newly required inventory stock pile will outweigh the initial financial gains."

"When we did not have help from some engineers or they don't listens the operators."

"Work more closed with the operators, supervisor ,engineers and managers."
