"This is a regulated industry. Be sure to understand what your role will be and what are the expectations of the position you are applying for."

"Too many SOPs following a warning letter. Speed to market was slowed down considerably and numerous corporate wide procedures were added that impeded innovation and the inability to accelerate development of crucial medical products."

"Minimize non-value added SOPs and allow for people to be more empowered to make decisions."

"The culture and employees are great to work with. I am constantly working on new, very different, and exciting programs. I am constantly receiving high marks and am adequately rewarded."

"The company is driven a lot by the economy which unfortunately has limited movement upward."
