What don't you like about working at Boeing?

"Did not like the last 5 years as the company started to outsource more of the IT infrastructure, that customer service was no longer a priority. It became harder to move to other areas within the organization to learn and grow professionally."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Upper management needs to refocus on what originally made the company great. It was the people of the company that loved working there and putting out the best product and service possible."

"I worked at Boeing Research & Technology for four months over the summer as an intern. The company is a huge conglomerate of several disciplines, from manufacturing to chemical engineering, passing through so many others. In general, the feel was that being a company so big, the organization was poor and it could be further improved. When you are so big and have so much responsibility, there are things that should not be overlooked. I believe this could be the root of the cause for some of the problems they are facing today."
