"I've worked for Boeing Commercial Airplanes for 12 years. The company offers great benefits and has challenging work. Employees can grow, though you need to watch out and not be complacent else you will find yourself pigeon holed into a role, which is very easy to do at Boeing. The Company is big though and there are a number of areas you can move to should you look for a change."
