"Sometimes the long hours can be exhausting. However, there is also a lot that I get accomplished working long hours as well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There needs to be more interaction among management, technicians, mechanics and engineers."

"I enjoyed being a part of the new program and working with major partners to achieve the job. At the end of the day, I want to feel fulfilled and know that my role contributed to the larger goal."

"Situational interviewing, behavioral questions."

What don't you like about working at Boeing Commercial Airplanes?

"The program I was associated with was new and had many delays. Some of these delays were due to technology deficiencies. This was frustrating at times, but I made it a point to develop more efficient methods to track parts for various planes so workflow was not interrupted on my end."
