Representatives from our company were highly respected by physicians given their clinical knowledge of the disease states we provided products for. In addition, BIPI, heavily invested in information technology that assisted us representatives on our daily sales analysis and plans."

"It grew too much too quickly, it over estimated their pipeline thus hiring too many representatives. this lead to a 30% reduction of sales force which I was part of."
