"I liked to interact with my customers, get to know them on a first name basis. Also, 5 free movies a week was a plus."

"Know your movies. Make sure you are upbeat when you talk. Have to know how to sell in order to hit our goals for the week. Customers are always right, no matter what."

"Some of the managers and other employees did not do work, so most of the time it was me doing their work and my work."

"Make sure when hiring an employee or another manager, see what they bring to the table, do not go and blindly hire someone that applies."
