"I have worked for Baxter since 2009. The company has grown since, and is planning to split BioScience from Medical Products. With that said, the riskiest side of the business which is pharmaceuticals will have a new name. It is the business that has greatest competition on the market, and under which I work. The company is also reorganizing. Newcomers should be informed going in, and be aware that current employees who no longer feel it's a fit will be leaving. It's a natural corporate cleansing."

"Stop looking at more projects and get back to the basics (manufacturing) - work on getting the current equipment and systems better."

"Work for the Renal Division -- they seem to be more current and modern than the antiquated Medical Devices group."

"Decisions are made about profits first and do not take the customer into account!! Too many decisions are made at the top; too many people involved in even small decisions. Too many people who don't know the industry or customers."

"Focus on customers first instead of just profits!! Empower employees for appropriate levels of decision making. Provide direction/guidelines vs. micromanaging. Consider more innovative ways to support sales and customers."

"Not a lot of room for advancement unless you are upper management. They move around all the time with raises each time."
