"More than anything, right now they're looking for people who are talented in the area of customer service. That's what they want to hear."
What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?
"It's completely mindless. I want to be creative in my work, and feel like the work I do is fulfilling, like I'm actually accomplishing something--not just sending deposit slips through a scanner."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would take a slightly more laid-back approach, and understand that, while banking should be done in a professional environment, not everything has to be so serious."

"There is not one thing I like about working at Citibank."

"DO NOT WORK HERE. They have an old school mentality and DO NOT appreciate their employees. The manager determines what you're life will be like. My manager is not pleasant, therefore I hate every day going to work."
What don't you like about working at Citibank?
"It SUCKS. Your every move is watched and my manager is beyond aggravating..."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to the employees, actually follow the rules. Treat my employees and my customers better."

"Access to the Johnson company products store. Gym membership reimbursement."

"Do not consider them for an employer. I went in thinking the company was a great place to be and I cannot believe how wrong I was."
What don't you like about working at Johnson Bank?
"Nothing good to say. Everything I have to do on a daily basis isn't good because I was thrown into a job that I wasn't trained to do and nobody knows how to train for it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide proper training to staff members and not put them in situations where management knows they are setting them up for failure."
What do you like about working at Citizens Bank?
"That I have the opportunity to gain new skills and knowledge about another industry."

"Be patient. You are working with the public as well as individuals who think and do things in a different manor that you may not be use too. Enjoy learning about the products the company has to offer, you will be able to use the knowledge you have to help customers get the best product they need."
What don't you like about working at Citizens Bank?
"I do not like the fact that I have no room for growth within the company. I work with a small bank that is located in the southern central areas of Mississippi."

"As manager, you do a great job at your work and what you have coming in daily through your office. You have a great staff that would be willing to help you, take the help!"

"It's a company with many opportunities to grow. Furthermore, it is also a company that rewards employees based on their performance, too."

"This is a company that looks for employees that wish to grow with the company."

"The company expands too fast. Sometimes the training taught by the company is almost immediately revoked within a short period of time after expanding."

"Management is decent. However, banking centers switch managers so often that the management seems inconsistent at times."

"There wasn't one thing I disliked about the company. I will take my experience with me from now on."

"My suggestions for management would be to keep up the good work in helping their associates grow."

"I loved working with my coworkers and the great teamwork that led to a really effective workday. Everyone knew what they had to do at the end of the day, and we covered each other so that everything is done right. It was the best teamwork I've had."

"Be open and positive, willing to train and work well with coworkers and have great communication skills and customer services."
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"I didn't like that for awhile we didn't have a strong leadership team because managers were moving in and out in a short time so as an associate, I didn't get a lot of feedback for my work."

"The only suggestion I have may be that the manager be more involved in coaching associates and give feedback on their performance."

"Promotion is highly based on sales and sales goals."

"The management at this company was very poor, and cause for a lot of frustration throughout all the ranks."

"I hope you don't mind gallup, that is what this whole bank is about."

"We have a system where we are rated on by the customer and if we don't get all fives we fail. If a customer is mad about anything previous they can score you bad on something you couldn't even control."

"I would take more time speaking with my employees and listening to their input, as well as their complaints."

"Working with PNC was a wonderful experience, with goals I enjoyed to accomplish."
What do you like about working at PNC Financial?
"I really enjoyed the problem solving aspect of my job, helping customers reconcile their account down to the penny. With the ability to teach them where the differences were and how to avoid the mistake in the future. Which in turn saves them money and gives them a sense of a great customer experience."

"It is a fantastic place to work for, your earning potential doesn't stop with your base pay. It is unlimited on what you can do through referrals."
What don't you like about working at PNC Financial?
"Truthfully there was not a day I didn't want to go to work, I really enjoyed my time with PNC Bank."

"Equal treatment of all employees makes for a better team morale. Same rules should apply to all employees."
