What type of personality does the interviewer feel would be best suited to join the team? What personality would compliment the manager and what is the manager's strengths? How important is growth and development to the interviewer?"
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"If you are not here to kiss your bosses ass, you may as well give up on the great growth opportunities. It is not necessarily whether you are ready and have the talent to take advantage of growth opportunity but rather about luck of landing a great team and give in to the politics."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Place more focus on the growth and development of talent. Assess the current Retail Channel Banking Center managers staff and determine whether they are there to really foster the environment the company is trying to convey or are they there to self serve themselves."
