"Please be extremely professional and friendly. Also show your sales skills because banking is a world of numbers, you provide excellent results they would know who you are. Please emphasize that customers are the number one priority."

"What I did not like about working for B of A is that there are a lot of politics involved and for the higher positions (management positions) most of the time are offer to externals."
