"If group requires you put in your own time to make their tight deadline often, do they give comp time or be flexible for you to come in an hour later next day Otherwise, don't take the job if you have to sacrifice your family time."

What don't you like about working at BNY Mellon?

"Some managers are brutal. They aren't flexible and since they know employee need their job in this economy they are taking advantage of that by making them work on night and weekend without giving them comp days or by being flexible by letting them come in an hour later next day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you are working nights and weekend then they should give you comp time for that extra amount of effort you put in. Otherwise employee will burn out and not be as dedicated to company as they would like."
