The Bank of New York Mellon is a global leader in providing a comprehensive array of services that enable institutions and individuals to service and manage their financial assets. I found the Bank of New York Mellon is in transition with the services they offer to clients and the objectives driven by executive management. While I think there is opportunity to excel and grow within the bank, the locations of those positions are very limited. The bank’s objective to expand internationally rather than domestically has limited the growth opportunities within the United States. While the group I worked in was in transition, there was a great synergy with my colleagues. Managers were always easy to approach with questions or issues. I view the bank has a friendly work environment and culture."
