"It was and still is, over ran with contractors gettingpaid to much for not enough work being DONE!!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please work on Management, and Management of Contractors! They are/were getting paid to much for there Lack of Work being Done. There were a very few contractors worth it"

"I feel that I was treated quite unfairly and lost my job mainly because of discrimination"

"I enjoyed all of the people I worked with and all of the visiting engineers from the other divisions"

"Watch out for yourself and make copies of everything you do. Also, minimize your time as a contract employee, and go direct. Expect your compensation to cut in half though."

What don't you like about working at BAE Systems?

"I don't like the way the company takes advantage of contract engineers, and dismisses them without having to give a reason. I also don't like the way they can discriminate against contract engineers and get away with because of the open clause of the contract."

"Review their policies and treat all employees fairly."

What don't you like about working at BAE Systems?

"Upper Management treats the employee's as if they are numbers instead of people. There is little concern by the higher ups about the people that pour their blood sweat and tears into the work that they provide. BAE preaches that they are there to Help those that help us however the bottom line is, BAE is here to help them, they trade the users needs for the helping to advance the company rather than the product."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stick to the Objective and actually think about the service men and women that are out there fighting for all of us."

"We are building a product for those who protect us. Our soldiers are our customer"

"Remain open minded, corporate culture can sometimes present obstacles not entirely obvious"

"The best job I ever had. It was unfortunate I wasnt able to continue working for them but like everybody in the U.S. right now they had budget cuts."

"Don't trust their promises if you're a temp."

"The management never talked to you about anything they had an issue about. I felt in the dark with everything. Everyone back-stabbed everyone."

"Talk to your employees if you have a problem and why you have to end their temporary employment!!!!!!! It's part of management. Also, don't let your emotions overule you with making decisions."

"BAE Systems offers a great work environment with great benefits. There is a lot that I get accomplished and I feel like I am a big part in the war against terror."

"I work regular days and extra including weekends. I have worked up to 18 + hour shifts and I need to have more of a life balance."

"To delegate shift work across the team."
