What do you like about working at BAE Systems?

"I can come to the manager and suggest developing automatic test to improve test time and quality of the test coverage."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you show your experience on how to develop an auto test procedure and showed your experience on your support to the production test and help production to improve their delivery schedule. And also, make sure to show them that you are a team player and work well with every one."

What don't you like about working at BAE Systems?

"Some people work very hard while others do not work as hard."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have suggested developing auto test for a lot of Units Under Test (UUT) and developing Automatic Test Equipment (ATE)."

"For 26 years they had an odd time to come in (6:42am). I always wished they would have changed it to 6:30 or 7:00."
