The company offers excellent pay and benefits but at the end of my shift I feel somewhat unsupported and find it difficult working with union employees who have less than par levels of work ethic and integrity. Sadly, the union environment protects that at such a level that work-standard discipline is almost zero thereby decreasing production and the ability to foster a work environment with subordinates."

If the military budget gets cut, folks at BAE get laid off. It's the nature of the business. For the new folks, be prepared for when that time comes. It's not IF the time comes, it's WHEN."
