"This could be a great company to work for if some changes were made. In my position we are responsible for everything with no authority to make anything happen. It’s difficult to excel and be successful because the SLT have become stuck in their ways of management which are outdated and not in line with the generation at hand. The workforce has to incentives to progress and be great so we receive subpar results at best."
