"Out of four professional, post-college jobs, ENSCO was probably the best job I've had yet. The only reason I am not still there is because of company cutbacks due to a lack of work due to the economy. Otherwise I rank job security there an A. They really try their best to find new projects and retain good workers."

"BAE Systems is a big company and like all big companies there are good and bad Land and Armaments is not a professional organization although some parts like EI& S are"

"The divsion I was in was always deing jerked around by other disivsion and no synergy."

"Make the Trainign division its own boss. Instead of just training BAE products allow them seek other opportunities in Orlando."

"The work done at BAE helps with the defense of our country and troops which is something I respect and enjoy."

"Just to be honest, and know what you want to do."

"There is limited career growth for Engineers and I don't feel that I am being challenged."

"Management needs to stop focusing strictly on paperwork, and numbers. They should be listening to the Engineers as to why things did or didn't work. That will help prevent things from going wrong in the future."
