"The WIN-T Radio Platform System was a very interested job to work on, it invovled encrypted radio transmission done by soldiers in the field. It was good to know that we were helping them to better defend our country."

What don't you like about working at BAE Systems?

"BAE beleived in spiral software development. My role was that when funding opened up for the next spiral I would be moved there with a new team and act as the bridge between spirals. Therefore I never got to follow my work done to completeion."

"Management at BAE needs to develope better communication skilled - they are not trusted by the workers on the florr."

"I truly enjoyed my time with BAE. It was the best place I have worked so far. BAE lost the contract and sue to me being out on medical leave I chose to stay with the winners (CSC, as a sub) very bad choice."

What do you like about working at BAE Systems?

"I loves the opportunity for growth and how you did not have to know all skillsets for a position, they are willing to train and have tuition reimbursement. I love being invested in as an employee it makes me want to give my all to my job knowing I am constanly rewarded and secure. The PTO was awesome, benefits were great."

"Just be open to new opportunity, dont be afraid to step out of the box and give your all to your job. A company is only what the employees make of it! Make success happen."

"I truly have no complaints except that we lost that contract to CSC."

"Dont be afraid to hire someone who does not have all the skills you are seeking, invest in a person that is dedicated and committed to the success of your business."

"It allowed me to grow and develop in areas of electrical requirment, load calculations, and all out building maintenance. No daw was ever the same and I loved being challanged and being able to overcome anyhing put before me."

"Be real, honest, and don't try to lie about the knowledge you have. What you know is what is important, not what you tell them you know."

What don't you like about working at BAE Systems?

"As a defence contractor, they liked to sub-contract alot of wotk out. While I would love to have kept the work inhouse, I also understand that sometimes things need to be subs to keep things on schedule and on time."

"None. My boss was great and I will always have kind works for my boss Dan."

"The layoff, 85% of the employees, came out of the blue. For 15% gain the hurt was bad because of the down turn of the economy."

"Very good, friendly and dedicated technicians and floor workers; some of the best I ever saw."
