"I've been working for Asurion for more than half a year now, since May 2019, and I would say that Asurion is definitely a company that cares a lot about it's employees, which isn't something that every company does nowadays. They're very ethical and I would recommend anyone to work for them."

"I've worked for asurion for about a month. In the beginning everything was starting out good. Good hours and good pay. Management was not as great. Training was rushed and I felt belittled and not apart of the asurion family. Other than that benefits and perks are 5 star."

VP of Engineering

"I've worked at Asurion for almost 2 years. It's a great company with a real value of customer centric product development. The culture of the company is open and the org structure very flat. New ideas and strategies are welcome to open conversation and taken seriously. It's been a great two years. People and management are awsome."

"I worked for an addition for three years. Smart people and real out of the box thinkers. The company will benefit from more diversification in product offerings."

"This is a compassion, but poorly run, company at the local level where the lower-level management isn’t exactly sophisticated, and thus causes problems."

"This was a great company years ago but it is now a shadow of its former self. The executive team has not transitioned. They talk a good game but the pressure is unbelievable and new changes come at a rapid pace with very little forthought as to how they impact functionality and culture. The biggest pain is their transition to a sales environment and pushing this above all else. No effort goes into facilitating a functional flow of work in their custom CRM tools and employees are forced to memorize script after script. The sales are often fraudulent as employees strive to meet unrealistic goals and the overall stress is unbearable. Don’t fall for the flowery inclusive speech- this is a poorly run business with some serious issues."

"Asurion has provided me with a great opportunity to get my foot in the door as an in-house recruiter. They are a remote environment and instill solid trust in their employees. Management always has your back and provides great advice when needed. They believe in taking care of yourself and your mental health and truly want you to do well."

"I have worked for Asurion for 2 years now and I have found that it’s a good company to start learning about being a good Tech with many systems. The growing ground of knowledge for tech support experience. The certifications you receive annually are a plus to building your career in tech support, it’s a plus. The benefits are wonderful when thinking about your health needs."

"Asurion is a very fast paced work place that is not for everyone. Company directions change often and can be overwhelming to keep up. There are opportunities for advancement if you are able to be self driven and own stakeholder relationships and sell yourself"
