The culture often feels toxic with many people being more concerned about their own egos and agendas rather than focusing on what's best for others and the site as a whole. There are certainly kind and genuine people at this place, but those people are few and far between and are constantly overworked in their groups to make up for the lazier members in the group who seem to prefer to do more talking than working."

That said, there seems to be some disconnect in expectations between corporate departments and how that information gets to the site. It is a great place to work though and everyone is extremely nice and personable there."
