"company has outsourced its billing and customer service to the phillipines i believe. since that time they have been on the decline. tons of people are dissatisfied with the incompetence in these outsourced areas and inaccurate bills. i foresee this company on the downward slide that will effect all other positions in the company. do not work with them unless you plan on changing jobs soon due to them needing to downsize...or outsource your new job."

"Worked at Apria since 2012. I was hired on as the 6th logistics employee, now I am the only one left and when I asked the very arrogant "market leader" what the plan was I was told that we will hire couriers and as long as we can continue to get (force people to use) non inventive ventilators we don't have to worry. Drivers are expensive and an antiquated way to get the job done. Good luck to and God bless the patients. Apria does not care about people, only themselves and niv. Don't drink the Kool-Aid. They suck."

"They say "Apria is a company based on customer satisfaction and team motivation for success." WRONG!!! All reps at Apria Healthcare don't care about the needs of customers. When you ask to speak to a supervisor they completely avoid the call. More orders are being cancelled then completed. More mistakes are happening lately with each order. Because there is no supervisor support. More people are leaving Apria and looking for a actual DME company that do care about their customers and not just their wallet. More people are quitting Apria for lack of management, knowledge and team support. Apria is all about how many orders we touch... can be by completion or straight canceling the order without patient knowing. This company is the worst to work for and the worst to get equipment from."

"I have worked for Apria Healthcare for over 5 years as a Sales Representative. During my time at Apria I have been very successful in growing with the company. The company is nationwide and provides a multitude of products and services. Apria has recently undergone many changes of products, management and compensation."

"I worked at Apria for 3 years. It was a great place to get home medical equipment training. And they give their managers a significant amount of autonomy. Unfortunately, Apria focused on cutting costs over the years and operational efficiencies plus customer care has suffered. Apria is the largest provider in the industry and every referral has horror stories about how difficult they are to work with. This lack of customer service focus and sub-par investment in infrastructure creates a difficult sales environment. There is also no acknowledgement from executives about this."
