"The management view on money for the company. They do not care about the employee and there well being."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"HAHA, They need to care about the personel and give and get more encouragement. As the company is closing the Minnetonka, Mn division and employees are leaving so more duties are being assinged to who is left and they can not even do their own work on top of what is now expected. No extra compensation is being offered for them. Some dept get bonuses and general clerks and others do not and that is not fair as they do just as much for the company."

"Ask how, when employees are promoted, ask someone in a department what they like and dislike about the company and their department. Are you happy with the company and what is the atmosphere of the company."

What don't you like about working at Apria Healthcare?

"The management at Medicare Central Midwest was not well managed. Employees are not treated equaly and favoritism was present."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management needs to be trained in employee relations, to treat the staff equal, to tell the staff and mean it when they do a good job. When employee issues are brought to the attention of a supervisor etc they need to be addressed, resolved and not just told it will be looked into and nothing is done."
