"The salary was above average, I had good managers, good benefits and in the beginning it had a good technical career path."

"Just beware that it is an unstable company where more layoffs could still occur in the future."

"It was too unstable consisting of many layoffs through the years."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I don't need to be micro-managed. I can work independently with minimal supervision and come to my manager for help with questions and issues as needed."

"DON'T outsource. Invest in this country. Find other ways to trim the fat than sending jobs to India."
