"No growth opportunities, virtual office so not able to really get to know coworkers"

"Provide more motivation for the employees, check in occasionally and see how things are going."

"The people there were good people. Also most of the customers I interacted with were cool. The atmosphere was fairly casual. There were a constant variety of challenges ."

"Honestly, the company has gone through ownership changes since I left so I'm not entirely sure what their direction is now."
What don't you like about working at CMHC Systems?
"There was not much room for growth. Managers definitely played favorites. Despite the opportunities for problem solving the job did not have a creative aspect to it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would imagine that by now much of the management is new. If not my only suggestion would be work as hard at trying to develop your employees talents as you do at trying to please and appease the clients."

"Job security, great coworkers, great benefits, OK pay, not overly stressful."

"Prepare for a lot of variation in work load, in IT anyway. Things can be dead or you're buried up to your neck."

"There is plenty of work to do but it is rather monotonous and a lot of bureaucracy to get some tasks done correctly."

"Not sure, my manager is pretty great and I've never been one for a leadership role."

"I get a paycheck once a week. They work with my schedule all the time."

"The hospital does not pay well enough to cover my bills. I end up in the hole every month. I have school though so it is tough."
