"This is a good place to work as long as you find the right group to work in."

"I disliked the many reorganizations of the internal structure, layoffs, and termination of certain jobs."

"Managers who were over me while I was working there had a tendency to manage from the chair and were never available. They seemed to only be interested in their own career advancement."

"Rapidly growing division of a very large company. Results-oriented analysis of performance. A new company, there was no preconceived notion about the best way to accomplish a task.....you were free to execute your ideas and present your results to Management."

"Everything is good for the employees there. But if it can be a little more friendly induction for beginners they will feel lot more comfortable and less stress in the beginning."

"I dont work for them currently, but the biggest reason was that they made you feed as important as the CEO of the company. Every person was treated like family and had an input on the direction of the department or the company"

"I honestly can't say there was any reason that I did not like working for Jack Henry."

"I do not like anything specifically."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They have to make sure that there job is secure."
What don't you like about working at City of Portland?
"They do not train or give opportunity to work on other projects and bring contractors from outside. I feel personally that they might get (Would definitely get) bribe from contracting companies On reality, whoever coming to projects through contracting companies are not really competent or they simply would have modified their resumes with the required skill set as per advt 75% of the candidates are false candidates. I do not blame any one else except the management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should FIRST check internal employees who are having close skill set and can handle new projects. Also, check if they could able to provide short term training Instead of paying huge $s per hour they could simply hire from other departments or internally first. They could hire contractors only if no one is available internally. This is my suggestion. Unfortunately, I haven't seen this kind of atmosphere especially in City of PDX . They simply call contracting companies and hire contractors from them with high hourly rate. This is simply a terrible when there is similar skill employee who already available internally."
What do you like about working at JPMorgan?
"It was a great place to work and learn other parts of the whole from banking to auto, and home finance to networking, etc."
What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?
"They go through too many re-orgs and that affects a lot of great employees, as well as they have way too many layoffs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should focus on, as well as try to hold on to their talented staff."
