"Ask for all the money you want upfront because you will never see a real raise and it may take 10 years to get a promotion."

"This place is dreary and old and I can't leave to go do my job because then I'm not sitting in my cubicle. So it is a catch-22."

"Incease the base pay to prevent the rapid turnover. Become more clear on takeover rumors."

"It is great to work with my company. Getting chance work on many applications"

"I dont think so. I would rather prefer HR department to handle the interviewing process and come up with any modifications if needed"

"I like my company. This is a great organisation I believe."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Good. Everything is not perfect and we always have room for improvements."
What do you like about working at Bank of America?
"Since the management knew that I know my job - they let me work my own schedule time."

"Well their way of doing business was geared to get more contractors - Bottom line, if you know you apllication you are home free."
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"The assignment was not that long (time-wise) and their sites were closing down several offices per month."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None, but I couldn't catch up with the number of lead persons change by weeks and months then."
What do you like about working at TD Bank?
"The environment - it was a very friendly atmosphere where all of us worked as one to get solutions."
What don't you like about working at TD Bank?
"Flying back and forward - Since I have to fly from SFO to PWF and most of the time I was taking red-eye."

"None, they are in good drivable condition the way that they placed the meritocracy."

"I enjoy working with the customers and working with the people in my office"

"When interviewing, come prepared with knowlege of the position you are applying for."

"I don't like how very good, hardworking people who know what they are doing are forced out of the organization, when they are very much needed."

"The department management need to learn what it takes to actually manage their teams."

"Working for Trinity Health has given me great knowledge of the way that an EMR should work."
What do you like about working at KBR?
"I used to enjoy the work I do but the culture has degraded to the point where I don't actually do that work anymore and have become something of a technology errand boy. This is an unofficial change so I can't actually complain. I have a supervisor who managed to get control of my project because it will help him and the department he runs. I am forced to make decisions and produce, based on what benefits him rather than our larger user base. When I complained of this, I was told I needed to find a way to make it work."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The only way you can have a good experience at this company is to be related or know someone in authority. Out of all the people I know, only those related to someone in management have received a raise higher than the rate of inflation. There is a reason why we say KBR stands for Kinfolk, Brothers and Relatives."
What don't you like about working at KBR?
"As sad as it is, there is currently nothing I like about it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There are too many to list, but my primary suggestion would be that management learn that you can regard people the same way you do a printer or other physical assets."
