"I love agile and working with teams. I have been a scrum master for 11 years and really feel that teamwork is the most rewarding. You get to see your team members grow and learn. You get to see the products getting to market quicker than in the waterfall environment. It's great to be able to help team members excel in their positions. It's rewarding to come into an underperforming team and turn it around. Simply by working with the team and giving them power. Team agreements are a must and a tool that helps the team bond."
