"You are rated on what you say-keywords. Panels are used for every position-expect anywhere from 2-5 people on the panel. Keep your questions to a minimum because the interview is mostly one sided."

"The management team believes that the power positions are where the good ideas are. This prevents them from utilizing the talents of low ranking employees"

"Utilize the expertise in the organization. Develop supervisors and managers with the same gusto as new hires."

"The atmosphere was fast-paced, there was a lot of diversity, and the pay was fair."

"Be honest, relax, and sell yourself. Draw on your experience and education."

"There was very low job satisfaction, little faith in supervisors and faith of them in us, way too much micromanagement, and not enough independence."

"The company should focus on cost-cutting procedures and competitive compensation packages. Job satisfaction should be very important. A happy employee makes a happy customer and a profitable business; return customers are the most profitable."

"It is a boutique firm with many experienced wall street veterans. I like the boutique firms because you get to contribute to the work that is done."

"Present yourself honestly and if they like you, you will be hired. Dont try to sell the typical image that everyone does."
What don't you like about working at FCStone?
"The hours are brutal beyond belief. Typical wall street 20 hour work days."

"Expansion in the emerging market focus they have. They currently are focused in the more developed emerging markets but id like to see them exploit latin america as that was where my father had focus before he passed away."

"Great health benefits at low cost. Vizio looks good on your resume. All electronics companies do. Mostly nice people to work with."

"Look elsewhere as you will not be happy at Vizio."

"There is low morale at the company. They pay very low. Way too many executives. They cycle through a lot of employees there. They constantly lay off and rehire."

"Listen to staff. Speak one common language. Better training required. Automate more processes."

"The impact, in sheer dollar amounts, of Freddie Mac is vast. It was valuable experience working in such a large corporation."

"Red tape was often difficult to navigate through and would at times result in time inefficiently allocated."

"The office is crowded. It would be nice if we got a nicer building and uniform furniture. The company is growing, we should show it."

"I would welcome suggestions and advice from other managers. Try out their ideas as well as my own."

"I like that my team is very organized and we all work well together. I also like that we are all cross trained with each others accounts that we can cover for each other if someone goes on vacation or is out sick."

"I think you should definitely interview for this company. It is a great company to work for."

"I don't like the old building or the elevator because it is scary. I also think that maybe the company as a whole should get some new office furniture. Every thing is recycled and mis-matched."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I like that my manager is extremely organized and detail orientated. He knows how he wants things done and lets us all now so that we are all on the same page. I also like that when we are doing a good job he shows us all that he appreciates our work and does not only talk to us when we are doing something wrong. He makes us want to come to work and do a great job not just come to work to get a paycheck. I think we need more managers like that."

"I enjoy my team mates and my boss. My boss has a good balance of professionalism and easygoingness, which makes it comfortable to seek professional counsel from him."

"You should look up the company's website and research the history and goals of the company."

"The office is a bit crowded. I think we should move buildings or at least get new uniform furniture. The company is growing, we should show it."

"I would suggest to get new office furniture that is uniform for a more professional look and feel."
