"The compensation and the unpredictability of future sales. While bonuses and renewals are very attractive, I miss having a stable and consistant pay."

"No suggestions. I believe that the company operates in a very well structured and friendly way."

"I could not make the amount of money that they lead you to believe you will make. I put in a lot of time, but a lot of that was unpaid. I don't like being dependent on other people to make money."

"I would like the opportunity for advancement to come a little more quickly, however, with the labor union movement in the state of Mississippi being so soft it is hard for our business to grow."

"Our management team does great at what they do. Maybe focus away so much from recruiting and more on new agent training."
