"Had ownership of entire territory. My sales results were the efforts of my abilities and work ethic. I was there for 11 years and achieved my sales goals all 11 years. Was able to hire my own part time merchandisers and I was able to surround myself with self starters and goal oriented people."
What don't you like about working at American Greetings?
"The only think I can say is their salary levels. I was achieving my sales goals and getting excellent ratings at the end and my base salary was only going up $400 a year. My base wasn't even $40,000 a year."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Compensate those representatives whom are making their sales Quota's more with an increase in base salary."
