4.8 I've worked for AGInteractive for 8 years. We have multiple locations including offices in Europe. I've been afforded the opportunity to learn and progress my career. You are expected to get the job done, praised for doing so, and management simply doesn't get in the way. “It’s not my job” is definitely not part of the vocabulary along with the absence of over-bearing corporate politics, micro managers, and useless\endless meetings. Simply put, it’s an environment that you can do your job, excel, learn new things, and contribute to strategic initiatives with the least amount of managerial BS\interference.

Establish an official mentoring program. You have trouble attracting and retaining top talent. You also need to work on developing employees. The current goals review is more of a formality than anything.

3 Don't get injured on the job! It will be a battle with the workers comp. insurance company to get paid while you are out of work and paid medical treatment! They will find any bogus reason not to approve your claim and then you have to fight for weeks to try and get it approved! In the mean time you suffer physically and financially!
