"I was a member of consumer travel in a TSO, which unfortunately were all closed in December of 2013."
"It was aswesome work time with the client. It is nice to work with mulitple skilled people. You learn a lot and you go ahead with nice achievements in life so always try to get involved with all type of people. Here with the american, i had a great time to learn and earn with the client. So always take care every time it depends on you that how you work with the client. It is really amazing to learn things with the client."
"Nice peer group and good work culture."
"Relatively speaking, this is probably an amazing place to work. But they have a long ways to go to be a cutting edge technology company. They're stuck in the high security ways of the financial industry, making advanced progress very difficult."
"American Express is a Fortune 100 employer and they live up to it."
"Contracted for Amex developing mobile applications. The work environment is pretty relaxed at the office, they seem willing to let you work from home and some employees there work 100% remote. You do have demanding deadlines. They just started using Agile development methodology with Scrum, and there was some confusion on how to effectively implement this and actually make it work without burning out the developers. Speaking of burn out, the release date for the app was moved up 3 weeks."
"I found AEIS to be an exciting and upcoming company when I first came on board in 2001. The company evolved into a toxic culture and was sold twice in the last 5 years."
"American Express is a good company to work for. There are many people who are working for 20 or 30+ years here and choose to make it permanent job. However, things are very much process driven. Processes must be followed irrespective of reality sometimes."
