"I have worked for American Express since 2012 and it has turned into a toxic, discriminatory hostile environment largely due to lack of proper training of the Vendor staff who were converted to AMEX employees as people leaders. The cultural gaps between US and certain countries is a reality and poses a significant threat to the future of all American companies not just AMEX. Success can be achieved without compromising on diversity, equality and fair treatment."
