"I worked here for a year but found that the company is not a stable company to work for. It is changing strategies everyday and hence laying off jobs."

"Alorica has a real family-like environment. I have worked at both locations in Omaha, Ne. and can definitely say there's a place for everyone within the two. On Mercy specifically, management is always so willing to help and are genuinely pushing you towards success. HR is also as genuinely concerned about your well-being and help you to manage your work and at home life."

"I am a work at home employee. The applications they use have constant issues. I have been shorted 1-3 hours per day that I was available taking calls. They are constantly doing reviews and pick apart everything you do. They always want you to pick up shifts but why if you don't get paid. They have non stop system issues. The pay is $8 an hour and no benefits. Terrible company!"

"Alorica is a B2B company that provides outsourcing customer service representation for many companies. From a back office standpoint, Alorica provides an excellent work environment with many benefits for their employees. We are considered a family."

"It's been 6 months and the same issues keep coming up, two managers of the entire Sherman, TX branch have been fired for stealing bonus that we never get back. Then 3 middle managers were fired, same thing, so out of 6 months I've got my bonus once? If you ask about it, then they yell at you and ride your back on daily quotas. 8 strikes and your fired, ask to go to a doctor 1 strike, get sick and miss work, another strike, come in 10 minutes early, another strike. I'm looking for another job because I work hard and cannot get paid? Always an excuse but no call backs, no support on site, just make your quota or get treated very poorly. I'm sorry I bothered coming here, hope this talks to anyone thinking about this place to work."

"They advertise no weekend or nights. There is no 3rd shift positions, but they close at 9. You are required to work weekends. Pay is not enough for the work you do. PTO is a jokers get approved. Restructuring all the time, so you never know what will come across the next day.or what dept you’ll be in. Very unprofessional work place. No input if your have complaints. Constant changes of expectations so you can never reach them. I would NEVER recommend or refer anyone there"

"I see from the other reviews that everyone feels the same about this company... They are the worst!! They could care less how the employees feel. The supervisor of upr sits around and gossips with the other associates about his dislike for the other employees along with details and plans for their termination. Yet they make is seem like it is okay for him to be in a relationship with his subordinates. No matter how many times they ask us how we feel about the company and our leadership we tell them in so many words...they suck, yet nothing changes. This company and others should be shut down. If you want to keep your sanity do not work for them."
