"This is the worst company to work for in Georgia. I was hired to be a trainer, never happened. They stuck me on the phones and I never got the position I was hired for. They only pay $9.00 an hour and want "exceptional customer service". They take $4.00 off of your hourly (The client pays$13) and get upset if you don't stay on the call for 750 seconds because they want to bill the client for the entire 750. Management is a joke, the site director is so arrogant, he tells you in meetings you are disposable, and curses at you. The training manager is an ice queen, not approachable whatsoever. I'm STILL waiting on my bonus after 3 months! They treat employees like slaves. Surveys you have no control over will determine if they fire you. This place is just horrible all around, save your time and apply elsewhere."

"I worked at this site, they really make this place seem like a great place to work until you really get to know how they really are... no raises, no way of advancement, management sucks, they gossip more than the employees, they show favoritism in all ways, you get fired over anything. I know someone got fired because they had an emergency call and took too long to come back to the production floor according to the operation manager who has emergencies all the time. She fired the lady who didn't miss days or had no write ups. She called it call avoidance, a term they use a lot. Also, another person she fired for having to take a call from her child's school. You would think she would understand that, being she has kids. This place definitely is a joke, pay you $10 an hour to do all this work but the place they're doing the work for pays $13, also other companies that do the same work pay more than Alorica. No good benefits so basically they get paid good for you to be there but you don't get the money. You're just a number to them, not caring about you or your family. Claim they're here for you, not true, for themselves. You're better off going to the real companies that do this same work. Just this past month alone half the staff for this Optum rx program has quit, been fired or going to quit, and they are hiring because no one wants to be treated unfairly and making this little bit of money they give. When they fire someone everyone knows about it, they bring a box to your desk, get your belongings in front of other employees to make you embarrassed. One manager say she likes to see the embarrassment on people's faces... but yet this is good practice of a good company... go somewhere else with better opportunities and better practices... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS ITS ONLY TEMPORARY."

"I have worked there for over 4 years. Alorica took over another company. Prior to taking over the company we would get paid for holidays but only if you were scheduled to work on that date. Once they took over the other company, they still closed the business for the holiday but they did not pay the employees. Then to make matters worse if you were scheduled to work on that day but were given off due to the holiday. They forced the employee to work on one of their days off."

"HR Manager stated that I could not report my managers for harassment after I complained about the music - song choices with lyrics degrading and offensive to females, also racially and religiously offensive blared through call floor speaker system controlled by ops managers and select managers. Despite complaints no corrective actions or investigations were done. Because I complained I was treated differently than before I complained. After attempting to report thru chain of command I was told I could not complain anymore or I would be fired and given a final warning and unjustly fired. There was no access to any way of documenting or reporting the harassment, and no process or procedure for reporting harassment if it's the managers doing it. Have training CLASSES for this so doesn't happen again, take appropriate ACTION and preventative measures to keep from a hostile work environment. Also don't wrongfully terminate."

"Ok... this company sucks... no advancement whatsoever. Their clients Waste Management and OptumRx are extremely frugal and refuse to upgrade any of their computers. They are still using DOS from 83'. People are nasty especially the ladies in OptumRx, that refuse to get off their asses and help their advocates. The training department is run by an incompetent, illegal alien... she doesn't have a clue on how to manage a bunch of drama queens. Overall, it's not worth going to work there every day being depressed because the work environment is all about clicks, gangs and hood rats. If you're interested in being back in high school environment, this is your place!!!"

"Company is not a great place to work. The best thing I can say is that they usually have a lot of overtime available. Poor leadership, not willing to put capable people in positions of authority. Instead they put incompetent people who tend to abuse the position they hold. No backup from the leadership that should have your back. Everyone is out for themselves and no one cares about the other person in the long run."

"I am sure my experience with Alorica could have been better, but I came in at a time when management was changing. I applied for a position where I have a lot of experience and was turned down because I didn't meet the 6 month requirement. The company advertises a 73% internal hire rate, which I believe to be false. It was stated that turnover is only 5% which is also inaccurate, as a class of over 20 had only 3 people ended up working there."
