Individuals, for the most part, are decent and fun people, and there is a bell curve of talent not unlike other places I have experienced. However, probably due to industry regulations in addition to what I perceive as management incompetencies, development pace and execute is below what it should be. Also, management bickering leads to cross-departmental strife which dramatically lowers the work experience."
