"I've worked for the company for roughly 9 months and during that time, I've seen a huge turnover and large groups of employees leaving. They increased my hours and cut my pay during the pandemic and tend to micromanage. I believe they want to do well, but tend to worry more about covering themselves than in getting things done."

Also, management bickering leads to cross-departmental strife which dramatically lowers the work experience."
