"I have worked for Air Liquide for over 5 years and provided and collaborated with many technical experts globally. The work that we do as an air separation unit contributes to the foodservice industry, medical industry as well as that of our aerospace and defense partners."
"Overall good place to work. I think company does need some overhaul in terms of organizational changes and reducing top down approach. Getting to know doers will help company significantly to improve performance and boost morale of workforce"
"I've worked at Air Liquide for a year right out of college. I was extremely nervous I wouldn't understand much but thanks to the great training and management team here I felt immense relief. The work that this company does is awesome just like the technical knowledge you learn from it!"
"Strong conservative company that is not prone to rash decisions. Can lead to slow deliberate decision making, but overall, is driven by performance and growth. Lots of opportunity in a wide variety of businesses means that you can usually find something to fit your career desires. Advancement can be slow if you are not on "the list", but layoffs are rare. Compensation is decent, if not world-beating, and is generally competitive."

"I contracted at Air Liquide America, LLP, from 2000 to 2003 and then again from 2007 to today for a total of nearly 10 years. I've had the pleasure of working with some very engaged people who are focused on providing their customers with great solutions. Air Liquide is challenged by a business view of IT as overhead, an expense, as opposed to a way to innovate."
"An excellent work experience ruined by a micromanaging and office politics."
