"The culture, the people, and managers."

"Read up on why Kaplan is a Different School of Thought. Know the core values and vision of the company. Be customer-centric."
What don't you like about working at Kaplan University?
"Lack of job security, production driven."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Somehow reassure employees that jobs are stable, with clear explanation of what is or is not grounds for dismissal."
What don't you like about working at Colorado Technical University?
"The gross lack of qualified management, top down. The gross lack of integrity, ethics and honesty toward the customer market."
What don't you like about working at Colorado Technical University?
"An incredibly boring, dehumanizing job. People were continually getting fired, it was common to say, I haven't seen so and so for a couple of hours, where is he? Oh, they fired him... Lots of slippery ethics too. I had one student who had a premature baby, during start week the baby was diagnosed as blind, she wanted to withdraw (understandable) - management INSISTED that I tell her she shouldn't drop, it would be best for her to stay in school, etc. That was typical of the attitude around that dump. I left her a voicemail wishing her the best instead."
What do you like about working at American Intercontinental University?
"I had an opportunity to interact with students and their famiy's. We first built rapport over the phone. After the students moved on to campus and started school I had an opportunity to maintain relationships and pillustrate to them that their investment will continue to grow."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would tell them to be goal-drives, solution oriented, be aware of the learning curve, but mosty help those students who want to be helped."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To be open door, not closed door management, and take care of people, continue training and listen to everybody from the team, team players."

"MANAGEMENT LACKS EXPERIENCE. DIRECTORS DONT HAVE EDUCATION EXCEPT FOR THE LIES THEY MAKE ABOUT THEIR EDUCATION."

"I LIKE THE CLIENTS THAT I DEAL WITH. I LIKE GETTING CHECK EVERY COUPLE OF WEEKS"

"JUST SAY, YOU WILL BE SOMEONE WHO LIKES PROFANITY. SOMEONE WHO IS A GOOD LIAR. YOU ARE GOOD AT BEING A FAKE PERSON."

"UNORGANIZED ORGANIZATION. MANAGEMET DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE. THEY ALL LIE ABOUT THEIR EDUCATIONS. NOTHING BUT POLITICS"

"HIRE PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE NOT FOR THEIR LIES. HIRE REALLY EDUCATED PEOPLE NOT SOMEONE WHO CLAIMS TO HAVE DEGREE."
