"Some people there care about the prosective students and want to do the right thing."

"Insurance is over $1,100 a month and you will have to enroll your relatives and friends to make it out of training. Good luck!!!!"

"Management only wants results and there is a clear reason for a sub 20% graduation rate there."

"Get on the same page and practice what you pretend to be during the interview process."

"It is a great job for the pay, if that is enough for what you need. Don't look for a promotion unless you are truly confident because you will have to perform at a higher level which means more stress."
What don't you like about working at Kaplan University?
"The morale was often low as many thought that the minimum performace expectations were too high. There was always a fear of layoffs and the future of the company was unsure."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create a better connection between marketing efforts and final sales required outcomes. Delegate authority to mid level departments to problem solve instead of thinking the executive level has all the answers."

"Some coworkers were dedicated in helping you acheive. I would grade the company a C-. If they would execute the business model effectively, and actually follow the Mission Statement, it would be an ideal place to work."

"Be ready to be shocked when you finish training. Don't be fooled by corporate flash, when moved to offsite for training and work it will be totally different"
What don't you like about working at Ultimate Medical Academy?
"Facilities are horrendous, Upper management has no concept of daily duties, although they preach that they came from that background. Mid level mangement has no real authority which leads to insubordination."

"Increase/praise solid, reliable, dependent people, follow business model and align with CEO's policies and mission statement."

"They are too demanding during down times in business and expect too much. Evaluations are weekly and at will means they can dismiss you for no good reason"

"Pay more for better leads and better equipment. Charge less forTuition"

"This organization is about making sure that you have the right behaviors that will produce success, therefore the hiring process is quite lengthy."

"It's only about student engagement and ensuring a positive experience and not that of staff, leaders have become less concern of the employee outlook."

"My suggestion is that not everyone is motivated by the same things, so do not place employees in that box."

"Make sure you are all about meeting sales quotas, and enjoying winning, but hate to lose."

"There is not much room fro growth at the position I am already in."

"Listen more often to the employees who are generating the income for the organization."

"My co-workers are awesome and know how to motivate me to be a better person. My boss is laid back and trusts us to work efficiently and doesn't micromanage."

"Just get your foot in the door. If you decide to switch departments, it's much easier to get a job you are looking for."
What don't you like about working at University of Missouri?
"I'm moving jobs here in a bit so this may not apply, but I wish there were more opportunities to flex my brain and to do less tedious work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If I were running the show, I would be just a little more forceful about conforming the departments to a universal standard and not letting them have quite so much free reign. The same goes for some employees."

"I love the student contact. I actually think we have the best online education available; good product, proud to be selling it Pay is good; benefits are decent."

"Run for hills. Do not take this job unless you are destitute That's how we all got here."
What don't you like about working at Career Education?
"Using a computer system to define my day. There are no changes allowed to schedule, and all absences are counted as unexcused. We can use our sick time for receiving wage compensation but we still are dinged for having an unexcused absence. We're graded on our adherence to the computer schedule and our students can suffer from this."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Loose the metrics Let us do our jobs without a computer system guiding our day down the minute."

"Management is unorganized, policies are always changing, individuals are promoted because of popularity."
