"Working at AIS feels like an abusive relationship. Management is not capable and most people are not happy and looking for jobs."

"I would work on trying to keep people from leaving. I not use blanket statements for everyone and manage individually."

"not a warm and welcoming enough culture. employees are not united enough for the cause."

"work harder at building a warm internal employee culture where all employees feel welcome."

"Very micromanaged and poor leadership or support from management. Employees felt worthless."

"I would recognize when the team did well. I would not push the employees so hard."
