"Company is becoming increasingly unstable. Pay is decreasing, benefits cost are increasing, the work environment is becoming more stressful, and the Acxiom culture that once existed no longer exists."

"Quit worrying about lining your pockets via stock price and worry about keeping your associates happy."

"9 years ago it was an innovative upbeat corporation with strong loyalty to employees. That has changed with the new management."

"The focus has changed from customer satisfaction as the number one priority to shareholder value. The result has diminished both."

"Identify customer needs, build products and service offerings around those needs."

"Having to drive 60 miles to the office. I am currently home-based."

"Continue with the home-based program. There are some excellent associates who do at outstanding job while home-based. They don't work strictly 8 - 5 and make themselves available when needed, in the interest of keeping their clients satisfied."
